At night, the vision holds up well, though it's not perfect in pitch-black conditions; sometimes shadows play tricks. The two-way audio is handy for quick chats, but it's too prone to interference if there's background noise. I've used it for a couple of weeks now, and the motion alerts are reliable, but I wish the system learned better over time to reduce false alarms from pets or passing cars. Storage-wise, I opted for the local route with a USB drive I had lying around, which saves money, but it's a hassle that it wasn't included. The battery life is a standout; I haven't touched them since installation, and that's a win for my low-maintenance lifestyle. However, the subscription model for advanced features irks me—it seems like a way to nickel-and-dime users. Compared to other options I researched, this one balances ease of use with decent performance, but it's not without its flaws. For the price, it's a good pick if you're willing to overlook the extra costs, but perfectionists like me might find it just shy of ideal. :)
