as a healthcare worker who values security for my home in reims, i decided to upgrade my setup and went with this system because it seemed like a good deal. my first impression was positive—the video is sharp, and i love that i can monitor everything from my phone without any subscriptions. but after using it for a couple of months, i've noticed some drawbacks. the installation took me longer than anticipated, and while the night vision is fantastic, the two-way audio is hit or miss; it's fine for scaring off animals, but not great for clear conversations. the motion detection sends too many false alerts, which gets annoying. overall, it does the job for basic security, but it's not perfect. i'd recommend it if you're on a budget and don't mind some quirks, but there might be better options out there.
