I bought this as a gift for my husband to help us feel safer at home, and it's been a good addition. The packaging was intact when it arrived, which was a relief. As someone not very tech-savvy, I appreciated how straightforward it was to get started—just using my phone made it accessible. The ability to see clearly day and night is a big plus, and I like that I can check in from anywhere. However, I'm a bit disappointed with how it handles sound; conversations can be hard to make out at times, and the alerts, while smart, sometimes miss things or go off when they shouldn't. It's very reliable for basic security, but it's not perfect. After using it for a couple of weeks, I'd say it's a solid choice for peace of mind, though it could use some improvements in clarity and ease of expansion.
