i expected this ring to be a perfect health companion since i'm into staying active and it was a gift from a friend. in reality, it's decent but has its flaws. the design is great and it's easy to wear all day, but the app issues and inaccurate tracking let me down a bit. i picked it up from the store, which was convenient, but i wish it lived up to the hype more. overall, it's okay for casual use, but not something i'd rely on heavily. maybe with updates it could improve 🤔
- Pros: i got this as a gift and it looks really nice on my finger, not too flashy but still stylish. it's super light and comfy, i barely notice it's there most of the time. the battery lasts a long while, and charging it is quick when i need to. i like that it tracks my heart and sleep without me having to do much, and it works even when i'm in water, which is handy for my diy projects where things get messy.
- Cons: the app could be better; sometimes it doesn't sync properly, and i have to restart it a few times. the gesture controls are a bit finicky—i often activate things by accident when i'm just moving my hand. it might not be accurate for all the sports it claims to track, i could be wrong but it feels off sometimes. also, the reminders to move can be too frequent and annoying.
