I picked this up from a local store in San Jose, which was convenient, and I've been using it for about a month now. As a sales manager, I'm on the go a lot, and this ring helps me keep an eye on my health without being too flashy. It's decent for tracking steps and calories when I'm out and about or doing some light exercise, but I'm skeptical about some of the health metrics—they don't always match up with how I feel. For the price, it's okay, but I might look for something more accurate down the line. Not bad, but not amazing either.
- Pros: I like how this ring looks sleek and doesn't stand out too much, making it easy to wear every day. It tracks my heart rate and sleep pretty accurately from what I feel, and the battery lasts a good few days without needing a charge, which is handy for my busy schedule. The waterproof feature is a plus since I can wear it in the shower or when I'm washing my car without worrying.
- Cons: There are a couple of nitpicks: the blood pressure and stress readings seem a bit off sometimes, maybe not as reliable as I'd hope. The charging case is a bit bulky to carry around, and the ring can feel a tad uncomfortable during long workouts. Also, the app could be more intuitive; it takes too many taps to get to the data I care about.
