I bought this as a gift for myself thinking it would help me stay on top of my health with my busy schedule. After using it for a couple of months I find it useful for general tracking but not precise enough for serious monitoring. The sleep insights are interesting but the inaccuracies in health metrics make me skeptical. It is a decent gadget for casual use but I would not rely on it for critical data. Overall it is a 3 out of 5 for me as it has good features but falls short on reliability.
- Pros: I liked that it tracks my heart and oxygen levels continuously and the app gives detailed sleep analysis. It is very lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. The water resistance is great for my active lifestyle with the kids and it charges quickly with a long battery life.
- Cons: The blood pressure readings are not very accurate compared to my home monitor and the gesture controls are finicky most likely due to sensitivity issues. Syncing with the app can be unreliable at times and it feels overpriced versus similar options I have tried.
