I got this UPDEI ring a few months back, hoping it would help me stay on top of my health since I'm retired and have more time to focus on myself. It's been okay, but not perfect. I wear it every day, and it's light enough that I forget it's there sometimes, which is good. The sleep tracking is interesting; it gives me insights into my rest patterns, though I'm not sure how accurate it is. For activities like walking or driving around, it logs things fine, but when I tried it during a car show, it didn't always pick up my movements right. The heart rate monitor works decently, but the blood pressure part seems off—I compared it to my doctor's readings, and it's often different. Battery life is a letdown; I have to charge it every couple of days, which is annoying. On the plus side, it charges fast, and the water resistance has held up in the rain. The design is sleek, and I've gotten a few compliments, but overall, it feels like it could be better for what I paid. If you're on a budget and want something basic, it might do, but don't expect top-notch performance. 😕
