As an impulsive buyer, I grabbed this thinking it would solve all my temperature needs year-round, but it's been a bit of a letdown. I've used it for a couple of months now, and while it does heat and cool, the transitions aren't seamless. For instance, when the weather changes, I often have to manually adjust it instead of relying on the auto feature. The delivery was handled well—the courier called ahead, which I appreciated. Being a music lover, I notice the noise level is low, so it doesn't interfere with my listening, but overall, it's just average. I might keep it for occasional use, but it hasn't lived up to my expectations.
