so, what's the deal with this fan heater combo from ecocomfy? i bought it hoping for something plug-and-play, and it does work okay. it keeps me warm or cool, and i appreciate the safety aspects like not overheating or tipping over. but honestly, it's not perfect. the controls are fine, but the options feel sparse. i use it in my home office, and it's decent for photos and videos since it's quiet. overall, it could be better, but it does the job. would i recommend it? maybe, but with reservations. it's a three out of five for me, not quite hitting the mark.
- Pros: i liked that it doesn't have blades, which is great with my kid around and it's really quiet, almost like a library, so it doesn't disturb my shows or sleep. the remote and touch controls make it easy to use without moving, and it heats up fast when i need it to. it's light and fits well in my room, looking nice and not bulky.
- Cons: i'm quite disappointed that it only has a few settings for cooling and heating, could be wrong but it feels limited. the timer only goes for a short while, and i wish it had more safety features or was a bit sturdier. for the price, i expected more from ecocomfy, as a brand loyalist i'm a bit let down.
