as a chef who's always on my feet, coming home to a cool or warm room without fiddling with knobs is a lifesaver. i did a lot of research before buying this, and overall, it's met my expectations. the app integration is solid, and i appreciate the warranty backing it up. it's not perfect—the missing sleeve was a letdown, and the voice control isn't always reliable—but for the price and performance, it's a good fit for my apartment in san antonio. it handles the texas heat well, and the heating function is a nice bonus for those rare chilly days. i'd recommend it to friends, but with a heads-up about the extra parts needed. :)
