Bottom line I got this for my home office and after a couple months of use it seems like a solid choice compared to others in the same price range It handles temperature changes well and the multiple settings are handy though I wish it was easier to set up myself As a perfectionist I appreciate the precise control but it's not flawless Overall it does what it promises without much fuss just be ready for that professional install
- Pros: This thing is super effective at keeping my room comfortable no matter the weather it cools heats and dries the air fast which is a lifesaver in San Diego with its unpredictable temps I love how quiet it is you barely notice its running and the self cleaning feature is a huge plus saves me a lot of hassle
- Cons: The installation was a pain had to hire a pro which added to the cost and time and while it has many modes some feel redundant or confusing to navigate the remote could be more intuitive and it seems a bit bulky for smaller spaces
