before i got this, my old unit was always breaking down and my electricity bills were too high, now with this one, it's way more efficient and i can set it to just the right temperature without fuss, it's great for my small apartment in vancouver where the weather changes a lot, i use it daily and it's held up well over the past couple of months, though i'm still getting used to all the modes, overall it's a solid choice for saving money and staying comfortable :)
- Pros: i liked how it keeps my space cozy without costing a fortune, the energy savings are noticeable and it handles both heat and cold well, the remote is easy to use and the timer is handy for setting it overnight without the light bothering me, plus the self-cleaning thing means i don't have to worry about maintenance much :)
- Cons: shipping took a bit and installation was a hassle since i had to hire a pro which added extra cost, sometimes it feels a bit noisy on the highest fan setting and i wish it had more intuitive controls for someone like me who's not super techy, could be wrong but it might not be the best for very large rooms
