as a pragmatist, i wanted something reliable for security around my home, and this camera does the job for the most part. the solar aspect is a big plus since i don't have to deal with wires or frequent charging, and the daytime video is clear. at night, the color vision is a nice touch, though it's not perfect in all conditions. the smart alerts are helpful, but they're not always instant, which can be a concern. the two-way audio is functional, but i wish it were clearer. installation was straightforward, and it works with my other smart devices, but there were some hiccups during setup. overall, it's a decent product, but not without its flaws—i'd recommend it if you're on a budget, but be prepared for minor issues. it grew on me over time, but i'm not fully convinced it's the best out there.
