The automatic tracking is handy, though it sometimes focuses on small animals instead of people. Night vision is impressive—I can see everything clearly without extra lights. However, it does get warm in direct sunlight, which worries me a bit about overheating over time. The alerts are smart but can be a nuisance with false alarms. Customer support was helpful when I needed it, but I had to wait a while. For a beginner like me, it's user-friendly once set up, but the initial configuration could be simpler. I'd recommend it with some reservations, as it's reliable but has minor quirks.
