As a teacher who values learning and staying on a budget this gadget has been a good addition to our home in San Jose my partner and I use it to monitor our doorstep and its mostly reliable Ive had it for a couple of months now and it integrates well with my other devices though I wish the free features were more comprehensive I recommend it with some reservations because while its smart and sleek the extra costs and occasional glitches hold it back from being perfect for someone like me who prefers straightforward tools
- Pros: I like that I can see and talk to visitors from my phone even when I'm not home it makes me feel secure and the night vision is really clear so I can check things out after dark without any issues the wide view captures a lot which is great for spotting packages or animals and the motion alerts are helpful for keeping tabs on activity
- Cons: From what I feel the cloud storage costs extra which is a bit too much for my budget and sometimes the connection drops which can be frustrating when I need it most I didnt like it when it misses some motions or theres a delay in notifications
