As a healthcare worker I'm always on the go and wanted something to keep tabs on my health without fuss I saw this ring and bought it on a whim super impulsive I know but it solved my problem of needing constant monitoring without extra costs it tracks my sleep steps and more and I feel more in control my takeaway is it's a solid choice for fitness lovers but could use some tweaks for precision
- Pros: I love that it checks my heart and oxygen levels all day without me doing a thing and the battery lasts over a week which is super convenient for my busy schedule no subscriptions mean I save money and it's great for swimming or sweating during workouts feels like a real health helper
- Cons: Shipping took longer than expected and sometimes the readings could be wrong I wish it was a bit more accurate especially for blood pressure and the ring size was tricky to get right at first
