As it seemed to me, it's perfect for someone like me who wants to stay healthy without the bulk of a wristband. I gifted it to myself, and it's been a lovely addition to my daily routine, helping me feel more in control. Though it has its small issues, overall, it's a very thoughtful and uesful device.
