The delivery was delayed a day, but it arrived in good shape, no biggie. It's not perfect—I wish it were a bit smaller and had a tighter fit for all windows—but overall, it's made a huge difference in our daily comfort. For a perfectionist like me, it hits most marks, and I'd recommend it with a few caveats. :)
- Pros: This thing is quite a lifesaver for our Texas heat—it cools down my home office in minutes and heats it up nicely when it gets chilly. I love how quiet it is; it doesn't disturb my work or the kids' naps. The remote and timer make it super easy to control without getting up, and moving it around on wheels is a breeze.
