as a budget-conscious guy, i bought these thinking they'd be a cheap way to spruce up my space, but the reality was a mixed bag. they do look nice and are easy to set up, which met my expectations. however, the inability to reuse cut sections and the occasional lag with voice control made me question if it was worth the cost. overall, they add a cool vibe to my gaming area, but i'm not blown away—it's good, not great.
- Pros: the lights are incredibly easy to install with the clips provided, and they hug corners perfectly without any fuss. the colors blend smoothly and look great, making my gaming room feel more modern and fun. i liked that i could just tell my smart speaker to change the lights, which was handy for setting the mood without getting up.
- Cons: i was a bit disappointed that once you cut the rope, those parts can't be used again, which seems wasteful. the price felt a bit high for what it is, and while the smart features work, they didn't always respond as quickly as i hoped, making it seem a bit gimmicky at times.

After a few weeks of use I can say they've definitely brightened up my space. The installation was straightforward though I had to reinforce some clips with extra adhesive. The color options are vast and the ability to control them with my voice is a game-changer. That said the AI feature is hit or miss and I wish the clips were more robust. i bought these to light up my garage where i work on cars and they do make the place look modern. the right angle design is smart fits perfectly around the edges. i dont use the voice control much but the remote works fine. for the price they are a good buy but i wish the instructions were clearer especially for folks like me who arent into all the tech stuff :).
- Pros: the lights are very bright and the colors are smooth just like they said :). setting them up was easy with the clips and i could cut them to fit my space which was great for the price.
- Cons: was a bit disappointed that once you cut the rope the extra bits are no good anymore. also the AI thing is confusing for me most likely because im not tech savvy.
