i installed this in my nyc apartment after researching a lot for my diy projects. it heats water quickly and never runs out, which is great for my busy lifedtyle. the small size fits perfectly in my limited space. however, i had to hire a pro to set it up right, and the smart features aren't included out of the box. overall, it does its job well but could be more user-friendly for the price.
- Pros: it seems extremely efficient at heating water without a tank, saving space and energy. the installation was straightforward wuth the flexible venting options, and i appreciate that it works with different fuel types. maintenance is simple with the easy cleaning feature.
- Cons: the wi-fi control requires an extra purchase which is annoying. it needs professional installation to work properly, adding to the cost. the high flow might not be necessayr for smaller homes, making it overkill for some.
