Rheem RTEX-24 Electric Tankless Water Heater: ON/OFF Dial Control with adjustable digital temperature display
Meet the Rheem RTEX-24 24kW 240V Electric Tankless Water Heater—your new best friend for never-ending hot water. Whether you're tackling a single sink or juggling multiple showers (because who doesn't love a good water fight?), this bad boy delivers a steady 5.9 GPM. And guess what? It's up to 93% smaller than those clunky old electric water heaters, saving you space and, let's be honest, probably a few arguments about closet space.
But wait, there's more (and no, we're not selling knives on TV). This heater is not just about saving space; it's about saving energy too—99.8% efficient, to be exact. Plus, with its sleek stainless steel finish and wall-mount design, it's like the James Bond of water heaters: sophisticated, efficient, and always ready for action. And with an LED display that keeps you in the loop, you'll always know what's up (or at least how hot your water is).

As a healthcare worker with a busy life and a kid at home, I bought this on a whim, thinking it would solve all our hot water owes. I expected non-stop hot water for everything, but the reality is, it works fine for one thing at a time. When we're all trying to use water, it just can't keep up, and that's frustrating. On the plus side, it does heqt water quickly and the energy savings seem real, but I'm not sure it's worth the upfront cost and installation hassle. For the price, I was hoping for more reliability. It's okay, but not the game-changer I thought it'd be. 🤔
- Pros: I was fairly impressed with how much spaxe this thing saves—it's a lot smaller than my old water heater, which is a big plus in my cramped utility closet. The hot water comes out steady and strong, and I like that it seems to use energy efficiently, which might help with my bills. The display is clear and easy to read, showing the temperature, which is handy.
- Cons: Bottom line, it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. It struggles when I have multiple things running at once, like the shower and the dishwasher—the watwr pressure drops, and it's not as endless as advertised. Installation was a bit of a headache and cost more than I expected, which stings on my budget. Also, it feels a bit flimsy, not as durable as I'd hoped.
