when I first got this Hiseeu system, I was hopeful it would be a solid upgrade for home security. the courier called ahead for delivery, which was nice and made it easy to receive. unboxing it, everything looked good, and I was excited about the high-quality video and the fact that it stores footage without any monthly costs. setting it up took a while though; I had to figure out the wiring for power, which isn't wireless as I thought, and that was a letdown. the night vision works well, and I can see pretty far, even in the dark, which gives me peace of mind. but the false alarms from motion detection are frustrating; I've had to adjust the zones multiple times to avoid alerts from things like my neighbor's cat or tree shadows. the remote access via the app is convenient when I'm away, but it's not perfect—sometimes it lags or doesn't connect smoothly. overall, it does the job, but it hasn't lived up to my expectations fully. I'm a bit disappointed because I wanted something more reliable and hassle-free, especially for the price. I might keep using it for now, but I'm not super thrilled with it.
