i got this as a gift for my family because we had issues with missing deliveries and not knowing who was at the door the old doorbell just wasn't cutting it this thing solved that problem right away with its two cameras i can see the whole porch and the video is really detailed it seemed to me that the motion detection is smart but not flawless it cuts down on false alarms most of the time but i've had a few weird alerts the local storage is a big plus saving money on fees and it was simple to set up myself as a competent user it integrates well with my other smart home stuff overall it's a solid upgrade and i'd recommend it with a few minor quirks
- Pros: the dual camera setup is super helpful it catches everything around the door with no blind spots the picture quality is sharp and clear even in different lighting and i love that it saves everything locally no monthly fees to worry about installation was easy and it works with my voice assistant which is a nice touch
- Cons: sometimes the motion alerts can still be a bit off triggering when it shouldn't which is annoying and the delivery guard feature is great but not perfect it missed a package once which was frustrating
