After some settings, I set these up under my cabinets, and they work well for lighting up my countertops. Compared to what I used before, these are a big improvement in brightness and flexibility. I like that I can dim them or switch to colors for parties, but honestly, I wish the remote was more reliable. For photo and video work, the light quality is decent, but not perfect. Overall, it does the job without costing too much, and I'd recommend it for basic needs.
- Pros: The lights are fairly bright and versatile, changing colors easily with the remote for different moods, and the white light is strong enough for tasks like cooking. Installation was quick with the included mounts, and I could link multiple strips to cover my whole kitchen area. Delivery was quick, which was a nice surprise.
- Cons: From what I feel, the adhesive pads might not hold well over time, and the remote range is limited, so I have to be close to adjust settings. The colors aren't as vibrant as I hoped in some modes, and it gets a bit warm after long use.
