Decision:

as a mom with multiple kids, i'm always looking for ways to make our home more efficient and pleasant. i bought these Lucky Black Cat lights to brighten up our kitchen, where we spend a lot of time cooking and doing homework. initially, i was extremely impressed with how simple the installation was—no tools or mess, just peel and stick. the light quality is good; it's bright enough to see everything clearly without being harsh, which is perfect for late-night snack runs or helping the kids with projects. the remote adds a fun element, letting me switch between different lighting moods easily, though it does have its moments where it doesn't work smoothly. over the past couple of months, i've noticed that the adhesive on one unit isn't holding up well, probably due to the humidity in the kitchen, and it's a bit of a letdown for someone who values things being just right. overall, they do the job and have improved the ambiance, but there are small issues that keep them from being perfect. i'd recommend them with caution, especially if you're a perfectionist like me who expects everything to work flawlessly. :)

• Pros: i really liked how easy these were to set up without any wires, just sticking them under the cabinets made my kitchen feel brighter and more functional. the remote is super handy for changing the light settings, which is great for different tasks like cooking or organizing. from what i feel, they're extremely energy-efficient and provide a nice, even glow that doesn't strain my eyes.
• Cons: the adhesive isn't as strong as i'd hoped; after a few weeks, one of the lights started to peel off, which is frustrating. the remote can be a bit finicky and doesn't always respond right away, making it less reliable. also, the light options, while varied, don't always match what i need for my space, and i wish they were a bit more customizable.
