as a deal hunter, i was looking for something affordable to boost my home security, and this OutsideWorld doorbell seemed like a good pick. the problem was that my old doorbell was outdated and couldn't handle video calls, so i needed an upgrade. the solution came when the courier called ahead for delivery, which was nice, and i got it set up after some fiddling. it does the job for seeing visitors, and the storage is ample, but compared to similar options, it feels a bit basic and has some hiccups. my takeaway is that it's functional but not perfect—good for the price if you're on a budget, but don't expect top-notch performance. i'd say it's okay, but not great.
