before i got this, i was using a basic fitness tracker that just counted steps, and it was fine but nothing special. now, with this one, i can keep an eye on my health in more detail, which is great since i'm getting older and want to stay on top of things. after a few weeks, i've noticed it helps me be more aware of my body, but i still double-check some numbers with my actual doctor because i'm a bit skeptical. compared to similar options, it does more health tracking, but it might not be for everyone if you're not into that. overall, it's a solid choice, but i wish it were a bit more reliable.

before i got this i was always worried about my health especially with my family history and being in my forties i used to just guess how i was feeling or wait for checkups but now i can check things myself anytime its extremely helpful for keeping track and it gives me peace of mind i wear it every day and it fits well with my active lifestyle even though im not super techy i can handle it after some practice i highly recommend it for anyone who wants to stay on top of their health without the hassle
