I got this as a gift for my partner who's into health stuff and I had high hopes it would be a game-changer and honestly it mostly is the reality is it does track everything from heart rate to sleep patterns really accurately which is awesome for keeping an eye on things but sometimes it feels overwhelming with all the numbers and alerts I expected it to be more seamless but it's still pretty solid after using it for a couple of weeks I'd say it's a great tool for anyone serious about their health just be ready to dive into the data
- Pros: The health tracking is top-notch it seemed to me like having a mini clinic on my wrist I was blown away by how it checks my heart and sleep in real time making it super easy to stay on top of my well-being without any fuss
- Cons: It can be a bit too much at times with all the data and I found the strap a bit uncomfortable after wearing it all day also it only works well with certain phones which was a letdown

When I first got this watch I was excited thinking it would hlep me stay on top of my health with my busy schedule as a freelancer and mum but honestly it has been a bit of a disappointment the heart tracking part works okay and I liked seeing my stats but the sleep analysis didnt seem very accurate and it oten missed data or took ages to update it felt like it was trying to do too much without doing any one thing really well plus the design is nice and sleek but the material doesnt feel durable enough for daily wear especially with a kid around I had high hopes but it just didnt live up to what I needed for the price it was fairly basic and not worth the hassle in the end
- Pros: It tracks my heart and sleep fairly well which is just the ticket for keeping an eye on things as it seemed to me the readings were clear and easy to cehck on my phone
- Cons: The strap felt a bit cheap and it dindt always sync right with my device which was a letdown for something that should be reliable
