As an older chap from Birmingham I was fed up with fumbling for keys especially after a long day at the office or a ride on my scooter so I got this Aqara lock to solve that problem and it did just that unlocking with a tap or my finger is very convenient and it integrates nicely with my Apple stuff the solution was straightforward and now my takeaway is that it's a reliable upgrade for home security though not perfect it's very good for daily use and keeps the kids happy too no more lost keys 😊
- Pros: Very quick delivery and setup was a breeze with my iPhone and Apple Watch making entry effortless as it seemed to me the fingerprint reader works top-notch and the build feels solid like it can handle rain without a fuss battery lasts ages and I appreciate the security keeping my family's data safe
- Cons: Had to buy an extra hub to work with other smart home systems which was a bit of a hassle and in the same price range some locks offer more features but overall it does the job well
