as a chef i'm often busy and wanted a simple security upgrade for my home i had issues with missing deliveries before so this seemed like a good fix setting it up was straightforward and it solved the problem of not knowing who's at the door the video quality is decent and the two-way talk works well most of the time but the connection drops and short battery life are drawbacks overall it's a helpful gadget but not perfect i'd recommend it if you're on a budget and need basic monitoring but be ready for some hiccups
- Pros: i was looking for something to keep an eye on my place and this doorbell from Jakemy was fairly easy to set up no tools needed just plugged it in with the usb cable and it was good to go the wide view lets me see almost everything outside my door which is great for spotting packages or visitors and being able to talk to people from my phone without getting up is super convenient it arrived right on time too
- Cons: the screen is a bit small so sometimes i have to hold my phone closer to see details clearly and the wireless connection can be spotty at times dropping the video feed which is annoying when i need to check who's there also the battery doesn't last as long as i'd like i have to charge it more often than expected
