As a software developer, I'm always comparing gadgets, and this one grew on me over time. I bought it to keep an eye on things at home, especially with my kid around. Delivery was quick, which was a plus. The video is clear, and I appreciate the motion alerts, but it's not perfect. The screen size is too small for my liking, and I've had a few false alarms with the motion detection. Audio-wise, it's functional but could be better—I've had moments where it's hard to hear clearly. Overall, it does the job, but I'm not blown away. I'd say it's a decent buy if you're on a budget, but there might be better options out there.
- Pros: The video quality is really sharp, making it easy to see who's at the door, and I love that I can check in from my phone when I'm not home. It alerts me right away if there's movement outside, which gives me peace of mind, and being able to talk to visitors without them seeing me is a clever feature.
