As an older person living alone I bought this on a bit of an impulse thinking it would boost my home security and overall it does a decent job I picked it up from the store which was convenient and set it up quickly the video is very clear and I like being able to see visitors from my phone but the connection issues have made me cautious it doesnt feel as reliable as I hoped especially when Im not at home and want to check in I drive a lot so having something dependable is important to me but this could be better in that regard still for the price and ease of use it might be okay for others just not perfect for my needs
- Pros: I liked that it was very easy to install myself with just a screwdriver and no drilling needed it fits my door perfectly and the video quality is sharp and clear even in low light which makes me feel safer seeing who is at the door without opening it the battery lasts a long time on a single charge and recharging is quick with the common cable type I appreciate the strong build and the good warranty support from Anweller
- Cons: I could be wrong but I am a bit disappointed that it doesnt always connect reliably to my home network sometimes it takes a while to respond when I try to check the camera from my phone and the standby time is shorter if I use the internet features which is a bit inconvenient for someone like me who prefers things to just work without fuss
