I did a lot of research before buying this, hoping for solid protection for my bike. In reality, it seems fairly basic—the horn is just a single tone that might not scare anyone off, and while it works, it doesn't live up to the hype. I'm polite but unhappy because I wanted better for the price. Still, it's better than nothing, I guess.
- Pros: The lock fits my bike well and the remote makes it easy to arm or disarm without hassle. It's built tough and handles rain and dust without issues, which is a relief.
- Cons: The alarm horn only makes one sound, which gets old fast and doesn't feel very effective. The packaging was fine, but I expected more from the security features.
