Before I got this, I used a regular key lock and it was a pain to unlock quickly, especially with kids waiting. After trying this, it's better for convenience but not reliable enough. Most likely, it's okay for the price, but I expected more security without the false alarms. Very disappointed it didn't work on my scooter too, just my e-bike. Wouldn't buy again :(
- Pros: I liked that it locks and unlocks from far away with the remote, very handy when my hands are full with the kids. The alarm is loud and scared off someone messing with my bike once, which was great. It works in the rain and dust, so no worries about weather messing it up.
- Cons: Didn't like that it doesn't fit all my bikes, only some of them, which was a bummer. The remote feels cheap and might break easily, and the alarm went off for no reason a couple times, annoying everyone around. Setup was easy but not perfect for my needs.
