I bought this hoping for a reliable coffee maker to keep up with my family's demands, but it's been a mixed bag. The first week, I was excited—brewing different styles like rich or over ice was fun, and it saved counter space. But after a couple of months, issues popped up. The noise level is higher than I expected, which is annoying during early mornings when the kids are still asleep. The frother, while a nice idea, is finicky; it doesn't blend smoothly, and I've had to clean it more often to avoid messes. Versus similar machines I've used, this one feels a bit cheaply made—the plastic parts seem flimsy, and I worry about longevity. For the price, I expected better performance and less maintenance. It does the job, but not super well, and I find myself missing the simplicity of my old machine. Overall, it's functional but disappointing for someone who values efficiency and reliability in their daily routine.
