As a teacher in Quebec City, I'm always on the go, so I was really excited to try this coffee maker. I've been using it for a couple of months now, and overall, it's a solid performer. I love how versatile it is—being able to switch between grounds and pods means it fits our household's different preferences. My kid enjoys the occasional hot chocolate from it too! The iced coffee setting is a game-changer; no more weak, watered-down drinks. However, I'm a bit disappointed with some aspects. It feels a tad flimsy, and I've had a few moments where the coffee didn't come out as strong as I'd like. For the cost, I expected a bit more robustness and maybe a longer warranty.
