bottom line, i bought this hoping for a hands-off cleaning experience, and while it mostly delivers, there are moments of disappointment. as a logistics specialist, i appreciate efficiency, and this device saves me time on chores, letting me focus on my photography hobbies. but honestly, for the high price, i expected fewer hiccups. it's smart in many ways, like avoiding obstacles and handling various surfaces, but it's not perfect. overall, it does the job well enough that i'd recommend it, but with a touch of irony because it's not the flawless helper i dreamed of.
- Pros: it's quite impressive how it handles both dry and wet messes without me doing anything, and i love that it doesn't soak my carpets when cleaning. the way it senses different floor types and adjusts is a lifesaver, especially for pet hair—my floors have never been this fur-free.
