as a long-time user of this brand, i had high hopes for this cleaner, and for the most part, it lives up to the hype. i expected it to be a game-changer compared to my older model, and reality is, it's quite an upgrade—the suction is stronger, and the mopping actually works instead of just smearing things around. it's saved me a lot of time, especially with no kids around to make messes, but i do wish it were quieter and a bit better at those hard-to-reach places. overall, it's a solid helper in my daily routine, and i'd recommend it to friends, though it's not perfect.
