so, why did i get this? well, with multiple kids and a full-time job, i needed something to keep the floors clean without constant effort. is it a workhorse? yes, definitely—it handles daily messes from spills and tracked-in dirt without much fuss. how does it perform? overall, it does a great job on most surfaces, and i love that i can control it with my voice or phone. but, is it perfect? not quite; it has its quirks, like occasionally bumping into things or not drying the mops as thoroughly as i'd hope. would i recommend it? yes, if you're okay with the price and some minor issues, it's a solid helper that makes life easier.
- Pros: quite impressed with how it handles edges and corners, making sure no dust is left behind. the self-emptying and self-cleaning dock is a game-changer, saving me a lot of time and hassle. it works well with voice commands through my smart home setup, which is super convenient. the suction is strong enough to pick up all sorts of debris, and it doesn't get tangled with pet hair or long strands, which is a relief in a busy household.
- Cons: most likely, the initial cost was a bit high for my budget, and it sometimes struggles with very dark or shiny floors, missing spots occasionally. the water tank, while large, still needs refilling more often than i'd like for bigger homes, and the noise level can be a bit distracting when i'm working from home.
