as a chef, my floors get messy fast with all the cooking and foot traffic, so i needed something reliable. this thing has been a game-changer; it vacuums and mops on its own, drying itself afterward so no mold issues. it's extremely efficient on hard surfaces, though i wish it was stronger on carpets. store pickup was convenient, and after a couple weeks of use, it's saved me a ton of time. overall, it solves my cleaning woes and lets me focus on my health and fitness instead.
- Pros: it picks up everything from my kitchen floors, even the fine flour dust i deal with daily, and the mopping feature handles spills without me lifting a finger. the self-cleaning and refilling setup means i barely have to think about maintenance, which is a huge relief. being able to control it from my phone is a nice bonus, fitting right into my busy schedule.
- Cons: for the price, i expected it to handle thicker carpets better—it seems to struggle a bit there. the obstacle avoidance isn't perfect; it occasionally bumps into chair legs, which is annoying. setup took some time, and the initial cost felt steep for my budget.
