as someone who's used to doing things myself, i had high hopes for this cleaner. my first impression was that it's a handy gadget, but not perfect. it does a decent job on carpets and hard floors, picking up most debris, but i've noticed it doesn't always get everything in one go. the smart mapping is neat, though it took a while to learn my place. i appreciate that i can just tell it to start cleaning without lifting a finger, but the mopping part feels like an afterthought—it doesn't leave the floors as shiny as i'd like. for the price, i expected more reliability; it's good, but not amazing. i might keep it for the vacuuming side, but i'll probably stick to my old methods for deep cleans.
