I bought this on a whim because I was tired of constantly sweeping up pet hair in my LA apartment, and it solved that problem right away. The suction is strong, grabbing everything from crumbs to fur, and I only had to empty its bin after many weeks. Navigating around furniture was seamless, and the app controls were straightforward, even my grandma could figure it out. But the mopping feature fell short—it didn't seem to scrub thoroughly, just spread water around. Also, it's louder than I'd like, so I run it when I'm out. Overall, it's a solid helper for vacuuming, but not perfect, hence the middle rating. I'd recommend it with those caveats.
- Pros: It was very good at cleaning up after my dog without needing my help for a long time, and I liked how it moved around my place smoothly without bumping into things. Setting up areas to avoid with my phone was easy and made it feel smart.
- Cons: As it seemed to me, the mopping part didn't work as well as I hoped, leaving some spots still dirty, and the noise level was a bit high, which could be annoying when I'm home. The initial setup took longer than expected.
