i bought this hoping for a super reliable backup aid for my daily drives around the city as a sales manager i'm often in and out of parking lots and wanted something to reduce stress my expectation was that it would catch every obstacle without fail but the reality is it works fine for most situations but has its misses it's handy and does the job for basic needs but not perfect i'd say it's an okay addition if you're careful and don't rely on it completely
- Pros: it seemed to help me avoid bumps when backing up in tight spots like the crowded streets here in miami the beeping alerts were clear and it was easy to install myself without needing a pro it blends in with my car's look which i appreciate
- Cons: it didn't always detect smaller things like curbs or low objects as well as i expected and in heavy rain the performance seemed a bit off it's only for specific car types which limits its use
