i bought these blinds hoping for a smart upgrade to my home, but i can say for sure, they've been a bit of a letdown. as a designer, i appreciate the sleek look, but functionality is key. setting them up required buying an additional gadget, which felt like an unnecessary expense. using them with voice commands is hit or miss—sometimes it works fine, other times there's a delay or no response at all. the cordless design is great for my curious cat, but the motor itself isn't as durable as i expected; it's already shown signs of wear after a few months. light control is decent but not perfect; the sheer parts let in more light than i'd like, making it hard to darken the room completely. overall, they do the job but with too many compromises for the price. i wouldn't buy them again without improvements.
- Pros: i liked that the blinds are cordless, which is a big plus for safety around my cat—no more worries about her getting tangled. the ability to adjust them with voice commands through a smart home setup is convenient when it works, and the warranty offers some peace of mind for the motor.
- Cons: from what i feel, the need for a separate bridge to make them work with my smart devices is too much of a hassle and an extra cost. the motor can be unreliable at times, not always responding smoothly, and the fabric doesn't block light as well as i hoped, letting in too much glare during the day.
