My first impression was disappointment. I bought this hoping for a simple solution for my hallway, but it's been a letdown. The motion sensor is hit or miss—sometimes it lights up fine, other times I'm left fumbling in the dark, which is annoying, especially with kids around who might trip. I'm a competent user and did my research, but this feels like a step down from my old wired light. It might work okay in a small closet, but for general use, it's not up to par.
