I bought this as a gift for my elderly mother, and my first impression was that it's very well-built and sturdy. It handles rough paths and inclines easily, which is a big plus for her mobility. However, I'm a bit unhappy with how heavy and large it is—it's not easy to maneuver in tight spots or transport. The battery life is impressive, but I wish it used a more advanced type for better efficiency. Overall, it does what it promises, but for someone with my technical background, I expected more innovation and ease of use. It's reliable, but not perfect.
