my mom has been having trouble getting out since her surgery so i wanted something reliable for her after looking around this seemed like a solid choice it arrived quickly and was easy to set up mostly she uses it for grocery runs and visits to the park the protection from rain and cold is a big plus and she loves not having to worry about getting wet the distance it covers is impressive she can do her errands without needing to recharge often and the hill climbing is smooth thanks to the suspension system having space for a passenger is handy for social outings and the music keeps her entertained but i noticed it's not very agile in small areas which can be frustrating and while the speed is fine it doesn't feel as zippy as i expected for city use overall it solves her mobility issues well but has some drawbacks that make it just average i'd say it's a practical gift but not perfect
- Pros: i got this for my mom to help her get around easier and it does a good job keeping her dry and warm in bad weather the heater and wipers are a nice touch she can go pretty far on one charge and it handles hills well without much trouble the extra seat is great for when she wants to take a friend along and the music player adds some fun to her rides
- Cons: it feels a bit bulky and hard to maneuver in tight spaces like our driveway or crowded areas the speed is okay but not as fast as i hoped for some trips and after digging in settings it was tricky to figure out how to adjust things the build quality seems decent but not top notch and it can be noisy when moving at higher speeds
