As a healthcare wprker Im always on the go and need things to be efficient picked this up because Im loyal to the brand and it seemed like a good fit at fiest it was exciting unboxing it and trying it out the cleaning modes are intuitive even for a beginner like me and I appreciate that it handles both wet and dry messes without switching tools but after using it for a couple weeks I noticed some drawbacks the runtime is shorter than expected so I have to plan my cleaning around charging times and while the separation of clean and dirty water is smart emptying the tank can be a bit messy sometimes overall its a decent product that gets the job done but it has room for improvement maybe in future models they can boost the battery and refine the features for a smoother experience not bad but not perfect either
- Pros: Finally a cordless vac that dos wet and dry cleaning in one go love how it has different settings for light or heavy messes and the self cleaning feature is a lifesaver makes my chores feel less tedious and the dual tanks mean I dont have to refill as often which is awesome for my busy schedule
- Cons: The battery doesnt last as long as Id like seems to run out fairly quickly during bigger cleanups and the voice prompts while helpful can get annoying after a while also the dislpay is a bit basic and doesnt show much info wish it had more details or was easier to read
