as a brand loyalist i had high hopes and mostly its lived up to them its a solid helper for daily maintenance but not a deep clean solution ive hacked it to work better by running it more often and using the app to avoid carpeted areas when mopping its not perfect but its cut down my cleaning time significantly which is a win in my book
- Pros: the thing is fairly plug-and-play which is great for someone like me who hates reading manuals it maps the house like a pro and doesnt knock over my plants which is a miracle the app is a lifesaver lets me start cleaning from bed and the battery lasts long enough to do my whole apartment in one go
- Cons: seems to struggle a bit on thicker carpets and the mopping function is more of a light wipe dont expect it to replace a real mop also the app can be glitchy sometimes and the noise level is a bit much if youre trying to work from home
