Before getting this lock, I was using a traditional key lock that was always a hassle, especially when my hands were full from cokoing. After switching, it's much easier to enter my home without fumbling for keys, and I appreciate the added security. However, it's not perfect; the fingerprint issue means I sometimes have to use the code or card, which defeats the purpose a bit. As it seemed to me, it's a decent upgrade for the price, but not the best out there. I'd recommend it for someone on a tigjt budget who wants basic smart features, but don't expect top-notch performance. Delivery was delayed a day but fine, no big deal.
